About
I have been a Florida Realtor most of my adult life. I appreciate that Arnold and Beverly Glazier of Glazier Real Estate encouraged me to become a real estate professional way back in the 1970s. I have had extraordinary experiences in working with buyers and sellers over the years starting in Bonita Springs, Fl. A change of pace for me was working for Alliance Mortgage Company in Jacksonville in the 1980s, becoming a vice president over the REO and Loss Mitigation departments which managed a nationwide inventory of REOs especially in Florida, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma and California. That took me on a path of using real estate auctions to effectively sell a selected inventory of properties working with Jere Daye. We conducted caravan style on-site auctions all over the oil states and other areas. Huge success with this campaign. It interested me enough to get my own auctioneer license in 1991 and again working with Jere as we conducted on-site auctions for Barnett Bank in 1992. Along the way, after having my own real estate firm for a while, I joined Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty, in 1994. becoming the Director of Corporate Services which handles REO, relocation, short sales as well as “regular” listings. In March, 2013, I joined Keller Williams Realty, Peace River Partners. Besides being a very busy real estate agent, I serve in leadership roles in our local Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, North Port Association of Realtors and have served as a board member of My Florida Regional MLS, Florida Realtor Board of Directors and Chair the Auction Marketing Council for Florida Realtors. Somewhere in this mix my husband and I enjoy being grandparents and being active in ministries through our church. Life is busy and full of enjoyment.
